Sometimes when a project is opened in MS Project Professional (2003),
the scroll bar is missing at the bottom of the screen (to allow you to
scroll to the right or left of the plan). In the "tools/options/view"
folder, we have the "scroll bars" option checked. We do, however, have
the "status bar" option un-checked (we don't need to see this). When
the scroll bar is missing - if we change the staus bar to checked, the
scroll bar re-appears. At that point, we can go back and un-check the
status bar and the scroll bar stays.
This never happened in the 2002 version. Any ideas of how to prevent
this from happening?
