Scroll Bar Missing from PWA

2 users do not have a scroll bar in PWA, even if we have
about 150 projects on the web. They have to use their
arrow keys to search for projects.
Please help....

Cecile:

The grid object not rendering correctly could be caused by a deficieny in
the MDAC components on the local machine. Upgrade MDAC on the problem
machines and see if that helps. You might also compare the IE versions
between those that work and those that don't.
