In Word & Excel 2003 I cant seem to get the scroll bars
to show as part of the theme.
Vertical & horizaontal scroll bars are always disabled
from the light blue theme on XP theme.
Although al other apps power point outlook have the
themed scroll bars.
I have uninstalled office 2003 two times and deleted all
my office xp settings. and still word & excel dont give.
Any suggestions?
