Scroll Bar Text

I have a user that has posed the following question:

How do I change the text that displays when I click on the
vertical scroll bar button while in a document?

I have tried to find out where this text comes from to no
avail. Sometimes when you left-click on the vertical
scroll bar button the page number displays. Sometimes it
is text as well as the page number. What controls this
and how do I change it?

If you have used Word's built-in heading styles (or possibly any style with
an outline level other than Body Text), headings will be displayed.
