Scroll bar

I have opened a Lotus Release 4 spreadsheet in Excel, and
saved it as an Excel Workbook, but I can't seem to get the
scroll bar on the right or bottom to appear. I was
wondering what I needed to get this feature back. Thanks.

Conversion sometimes changes the options used by Excel.

Try openning the file in Excel, and going
into "Tools", "Options", and selecting show vertical
scrollbar.
