Scroll button

I'm designing a form and I want to deactivate the scroll button.
Everytime someone uses the scroll button, it goes to either a new
record or previous record. I don't want this capability. May I get
some help?

Right click the black button in the upper left hand corner to go to
properties (in design view.) Under format, turn scroll bars to Neither.

Yes. Went and installed the MouseHook.dll and it works. Thank you.
