When I open form 1 in Design View in my mdb file the form and my toolbar
appear.
When I open form 2 in the same mdb in Design View, a floating menu appears
with the choices; Scroll Here, Left Edge, Right Edge, Page Left, Page Right,
Scroll Left, Scroll Right. My toolbar does not appear.
I click on the form and the floating menu disappears and my toolbar appears.
Why does form 2 open differently than form 1 in Design View?
