Scroll mouse button

hi
is there any way of turn on and off the wheel button.
i don't want to change record when u scroll down in some of the forms, but
still want to use in others..

I just posted this answer to another post.

use the DLL written by Stephen Lebans, this will give you the ability to
turn off/on the mousewheel
