Scroll through bookmarks

I would like to give the user the ability to GoTo all the bookmarks in a
document by hitting one key (Preferably PageDown to go down the document and
PageUp to go up through the document) rather than the current functionality
of <alt>-->insert-->bookmark-->select

Is this possible.?
