Scrollable cells in FP2002???

Hi

Following on from my previous request, is it possible to
scroll text within a cell without using a style sheet? I
don't really understand or use style sheets????

Previous message follows;

Is it possible to restrict a table height to, say 500
pixels, but have content within that cell that is then
larger than the cell can contain and is therefore
scrollable?

I would like to do this without using frames?

I hope you can help - many thanks if you can.

Nope. You could put an IFrame into the cell, but that has nearly as many
problems as using frames.

Tables are not scrollable. However, Divs can be, if you set their style to
"overflow-x: scroll" (in the case of horizontal scroll - same for vertical).
You can put a table into a scrollable Div, or put a scrollable Div inside a
table cell. I'm not sure exactly which you're describing.
