Scrollable field using expanded option not displaying all contentwhen form emailed

We've got a form that is being used WITH the InfoPath client (due to
features used, it can't be web enabled).

Several of the (narrative) text fields are scrollable and use the
"expand" option to where as you add more lines to the field, the text
box gets bigger (taller) and bigger.

If I have the form open and print it, it narrative fields print
exactly as I see them on the screen, with the entire contents showing
(fully expanded).

However, if I select the send to recipient option, although all the
content still displays as I fill out the email dialog box, when I
open the SENT email that contains the form image, the field is
"shrunk" back down to only showing 3 lines or so.

Any suggestions???
