I noticed today that the scrollbars in Outlook 2003 do not support
right-clicking on an area outside of the scrollbar and displaying the
"Scroll here, top, bottom, etc." context menu. I probably only actually
right click on scrollbar areas once every six months, so it's not going to
kill me. I just figured I'd post my observation of a deviance from
standards.
