Scrolling buttons/linkbar

Hi peoples

I have seen a few sites where there are two panes, left one containg buttons
and right contaning content.

As you scroll the content the navigation on the left knind of scrolls, or
bounces down with the scroll. This is very cool...How is it done?

Frames. See the "Frames" menu, and Help for more info.

Frames, however can cause trouble - with search engines and the like. Read
the other FAQ's regarding frames on this group.
