scrolling does not work in second window of a document

Hi,

Since I updated to Office for Mac 2004 SP2, I have problems with Word
(now at version 11.2 (050714)). Most of the time the first window for a
document is fine. But if I create a second window, be it on the same or
on a second monitor, it is nearly unusable. Sometimes the resize corner
(bottom right corner) does not respond. I can click the zoom button and
sometimes after that I can resize with the resize corner. The scroll
bars often do not respond at all, although after zooming and resizing I
usually get them to work again. But scrolling almost always screws up
the visual display. For instance, in page mode, if I drag the scroll
handle (?, the blue part), I begin to see pages of all kinds of
different lengths, some of them only one paragraph long. I often get
the same paragraph repeated until it fills the screen. The underlying
text is not affected, but my second window is not working. I wonder if
anyone else has experienced this problem. Better yet, is there a
solution?

Sincerely,

Denis
