Scrolling Text in Word

When I try to install scrolling text in Word Professional 2003, I get the
following message: 'This object was created is MARQUEE. The application is
not available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly
installed and that it has not been deleted, moved or renamed.' I have used
this feature before, but it was before I installed this version of Office.
What do I need to do to make it work in this version of office.

The marquee feature was "broken" by Service Pack 2 for Windows XP for
security reasons. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=886299

some Web Tools in Word 2002 and Word 2003".

I am having this same problem but I have Windows Vista and it says in the
last paragraph of Cause that functionality works in Windows Vista how can I
fix this so I can use scrolling text because I really need this for a class I
am taking in college. Please reply asap
