I would like to scroll text at the bottom (footer?) of IE. I guess it would
be considered the opposite of a page title. I see how you can add scrolling
text within a page but I want to include it in my dwt so all windows related
to my site have text at the bottom. I've seen this done but I can't find any
help on how to do it. Any takers?
