Scrolling

I have 2 PCs configured exactly the same. On One PC when
I scroll through a document it runs smooth as is supposed
to. On the other the the document jumps 3-4 lines or
pages and is hard to read. These PCs had recently been
reformatted and reloaded. Previously the other was hard
to scroll. I have checked the scrolling setting on the
mice of each and they are configured identical to each
other. Any Ideas?

Most likely is one has a graphics card with either an out-of-date driver or
the graphics just isn't up to the job. Try for a new driver first otherwise
consider replacing the computer.
