Seagate External Hard Drive

I am a school principal and use a tablet pc to take notes on observations and
daily interactions with staff and students. I use onenote custom templates
for my note taking and recording. My question is I am trying to have
everything saved to an external seagate hard drive because there are many
digital video and audio recordings as well as powerpoints, presentations,
etc. How do I make my seagate drive the primary path for saving my notes?
Thanks,

In OneNote 2007, click Tools | Options | Save. You can change the default
paths OneNote uses here.

(You'll most likely want to leave the cache on the local machine so you can
still use OneNote if the external drive is disconnected).
