Search a drop down list and go to that record

Hello All,

I'm working on a contact management database. I have a
multi-tabbed Contact page to fill in all the data.

I need to create a find contact form for users. How do I
search on a drop down list and get it to go to that
record so users will see the main contact form with all
the tabs?
