search all mail folders?

When my client searches for an existing email she may have tucked in to
another folder it doesn't search all mail folders. Is there a configuration
setting or workaround she can use to have Outlook search all mail?

It's part of Office XP 2005 that came loaded with the system. I'm not at the
client site I'm not sure of the build version.

Thanks.

That isn't a product either. There is Office 2000, Office XP and Office
2003.
I stand corrected, Office XP 2003
