Search/Feedback pages

On my website www.ehframingdesigning.com I have the pages "search" and
feedback" that I can open, but when I try to search for something or write a
feedback it doesn't go through. It goes to a page with an error. What do I
need to do to set those pages? thanks

The error page states:
Webmaster: please see the server's system log for more details.

So, your first step is to contact the host to have them look at the logs.
