Search fields

I have a contact form with all sorts of contact fields displayed like,
FirstName, LastName, Company, etc. What I would like to do is have the form
blank. When someone clicks into a specific field they can type some data and
hit a search button and the results will fill in. I would also like to
display how many records were returned with this specific result. Can all
this be done?

Eric, take a look at the Filter By Form button on your toolbar when the form
is open.
