Hi,
I have a challenging project that I don't know if it's possible to do in
Access? Well, I have a database of about 200 files (MS Word) and I build a
database that has a list of all the 200 files with links to the files. When
the user type the name of the file using the combo search menu, the data
shows the file links and when user click on the link, it opens the MS Word
file. But I want to be able to have a check box next to the link and when
the user check the checkbox and have a button on the button of the form that
basically export the file intto a designated folder that I had created. Is
this possible. I appreciate if someone can tell me if this is possible or
tell me where I can find information on how to do that. Thanks.
