Search File Dialog Box

I would like to allow users to select an Excel file to be
imported that can be either on a shared drive or received
in a group mailbox. In Excel there is a function
called "SaveAsFileName" that opens a dialog box to select
a file. I have searched many books and can not find an
equivalent function in Access. Is there one?
