Search for File Types

Is there a way to either search for, or make a rule to do something with,
emails that have attachments with certain file names or extensions?

Thanks,

possibly - you can use a rule to move or flag messages containing words in
the header and include the attachment extension, but it might miss some that
are embedded because the attachment name isn't in the header.

you can't use find - it doesn't look at headers. but you can flag or set
categories etc and then find will work.

Some of the search programs may work on attachments -

Actually, searching on extensions in the header works great for what I am
needing it for. The attachments are not embedded for this purpose. I didn't
even think of searching the header..... Thanks a bunch!!!!
