Search Form not working

Web Component Search Form will not work. Users get and
error:
"FrontPage Run-Time Component Page
You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page
that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server
Extensions to function properly.

This form or other FrontPage component will work
correctly if you publish this web to a web server that
has the FrontPage Server Extensions installed."

I have check and rechecked..everything is installed
correctly.

Did you publish via FP's http mode or create the search form on a server
that has the FP extensions?

See my other posts. I can't get it to work either, and I'm the administrator and IIS is on my own pc. I don't know why MS can't put a paper out on this has everybody is confused and having the same problem. I've been fiddling for a week now.
