I want to Create a search form with a couple drop down
menus to select table and item to search for (by client
code or by phone number) and when the client code is
selected a textbox appears with the formatting of the
client code and the same with the phone then a search
button to search the desired table for the inputed text

also is there a way when i have this defined in the form
=Left([Last Name],3) & Right([Phone],4)
to have the text it generated save in a table item

any help on this is greatly appreciated
