Search Protocol Host Error after upgrading to Vista

I am using Outlook 2003. Recently upgraded to Vista Home Premium. Everytime
run Outlook I get pop-up error messages stating: Microsoft Windows Search
Protocol Host has stopped working. this message comes over and over again...
it only seems to happen when Outlook is running. Any suggestions? The only
messages I have seen here on this problem relate to BCM and I am not using
BCM. Any suggestions?
