The results show only the kind of result (e.g. Help, Articles) and the final
category (e.g. Junk E-mail Filter). Sometimes the same category name is in
two different paths, causing ambiguity.
Also, seeing the higher categories can help us understand the context or
find appropriate categories if the search results aren't useful (e.g. in
Outlook 2003, Mail Merge is in Sharing Information > With Other People, not
in E-mail > Creating Messages. Someone clicking Sharing Information might
find a better solution.)
