Search results table borders

Using FP2002's search form script, how can I change the
color of the borders on the results table?
I want to color the borders white so they dissappear into
the page background?

I see the borders on your search results tables
I don't think I can work on these table borders directly, because the search results table is not generated until someone submits the form

I'm embarrassed to say this, but I'm really sure was able to do this on another website a year ago, for a former client - but can't remember how, now that I want to do it for my own site

Seems to me that it had something to do with the theme for the sight, or a template
