I have never "found" anything using the search function "For files or
folders". What is the secret to using the search feature?

Have you checked Windows Help / Windows books on how to use this function?

BTW, this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database application), not
general computer "access".

If after checking Windows Help / Windows books and you still don't know how,
suggest you post the question in the relevant Windows newsgroup.
