Searching for Office Updates freezes at 77%.

Upon searching for Office Updates the scanning freezes at 77%--anyone tell me
how to correct this problem?

I would suggest deleting the folder "OfficeUpdate11" in your c:\Program
Files directory and then return to the site. This will refresh the site
information in case it has become corrupted.
