Searching for shadows?

Hi everyone. I have a user that is getting this message every so often when
closing Outlook. Has anyone else ever seen this before? It's office 2003 and
an xp pro system. Any help would be appreciated.

Wild guess but perhaps something along the lines of?

Exchange Server 2003 data backup and Volume Shadow Copy services
