Searching in Outlook

We have some users complaining that when they do a search in outlook, it
starts populating emails starting with the oldest and slowly populating the
newer emails. They are complaining that they want it to start with newer and
go the other way. Is there anyway to do this? in other words, have the search
display newest to oldest thus saving time saving since most things will be
more recent?
