Searching on date strings

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I want to create a simple 2-row Gantt chart that compares dates in a column, 11-rows long with a date range across the top and populate the cells underneath the dates with a set of task #s that match the rows. For example if the first 3 tasks are all scheduled in Week 1, the cell under that date would show: "1,2,3".

Other than an 11-nested 'IF' function, is there an easier way to do this?

Not that I know of.

You might have a look at a Pivot Table and see if you can make that do what
you want.

Hope this helps
