Does this site limit to the number of results returned
from a search of these newsgroups?

If so, is it possible for the searcher to increase this
number?

Hi Lee

not sure how you're accessing the newsgroup - but i use google
(groups.google.com) and the advanced search feature (search in
microsoft.public.excel*) if i want to find anything

If my technical questions received the same level of
response as yours, I'd never need to go elsewhere!

But just to show you how easy it is to overlook the
obvious, the correct response to me should have been,"Use
the next page link on the right hand side, stupid!" I
just now noticed that it was there and gave me every
reference to my search.

Thanks for taking all the time to help. It's really
appreciated.

in trying to see all the answers to my query. See my

as you didn't say HOW you were accessing the newsgroups the ,"Use the next
page link on the right hand side, stupid!" isn't an answer i (and probably
quite a few others) would have come up with as i'm using Outlook Express and
there's no "next page link" .. hence my original response and Ron's very
detailed response. I still am none the wiser as to how you're accessing the
group but at least you know what you're doing now.
