second copy of office xp for laptop

How can I get a second copy for my laptop. I already
have the oem version of office xp professional on my
desktop. It appears that the rules have changed.

Buy one from your preferred software vendor.
While the retail versions of Office XP EULA allow installation on a desktop
and laptop, the OEM versions EULA do not.
