Second instance of FrontPage 2003 opens minimized

Hi there,

Here is my problem with FP 2003 SP2 running on a Windows 2003 Server
Standard Edition SP2.

I open one instance of FP without any problem. If I try to open a second
instance, I only get some sort of minimized version as you can see in this
screenshot:

I say "sort of" because this minimized version opens up close to the top
left corner of the screen.

If I click on the Maximize button it works fine and I am able to use the
program without any problems. There are no errors, nothing in the event log
that could relate to this. It used to work fine before, however I cannot
tell what change triggered this.

Can you open the window by dragging them out and then go to File - Exit?

(I know this used to be a problem in IE and that might be similar)
