Second, Third...Instance

Hi all,

I'm using a spreadsheet with a list that has duplicate dates and tasks
associated with those dates for example:

Date Task
1-1-04 New Year's Party
1-1-04 Dr. Visit
1-4-04 Take Out Trash

Ok, so I want to do a vlookup type formula that will give me the second
instance, or 3rd, 4th etc. or as many as it finds. Is there a way to do
this?

you may try downloadind Alan Beban's array functions
(http://home.pacbell.net/beban)
They'll include a function called VLOOKUPS (for returning multiple
lookup results)
