Second x axis on x-y charts

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel I am trying to add a plot with its x as the 2nd axis. On the toolbox, there is a button that indicates a 2nd axis can be added, similar to a 2nd y axis. However, I can't add data on the 2nd x axis.

Has anybody tried a second x axis?
