Secondary Data Source Cannot Connect to Database

I created a form using Infopath 2003 which was converted to 2007. All worked
fine until I had a 2000 sql erver crash. I recreated the database on a 2005
server.

I did not drop any fields in the IP form but adjusted the datacources to
point to the new SQL server with a sql login & pwd which works fine. However,
after publishing the form, when others access the form it returns an error
saying that they can't connect to the data source.

Any ideas?
