secondary data source/sharepoint library

I have an infopath form published to a SharePoint library. This form
has several secondary data sources used to display data on the form.
I wanted to included these secondary data source fields in a view in
the SharePoint library (usually done in Infopath by Tools/Form Library
Columns..etc). Seems like i can't do that..... is the only solution
to somehow save the values i need to the main data source?
