Secondary Data Source

This may be a silly question but I have seen a number of threads where
instructions say to create a Secondary Data Source from the Tools Menu.
I do not have that option. The only menu items in my Tools menu
related to data are 'Data Connections...' and 'Convert Main Data
Source'. I am trying to learn by example but it can get confusing when
there are discrepencies. Can anyone shed some light here? FYI - I do
have Office 2003 SP2 installed.
