Are you talking about Subdatasheets? These are the "+" signs that one sees
at the table or query level, after creating a relationship with another
table. It is designed to show all related records. You'd have to add
additional related records to expand the list for each record in subdatasheet
view.
You might not want to become too dependent on this feature, which was first
introduced with Access 2000, if you are designing a database for multi-user
