No. Changing the margins is one of the purposes of section breaks. What are
you trying to do that you need to avoid section breaks?

We use templates to create and automating complex
documents, Those documents are rearange in a different
format print as PDF files. And sections on the document s
are creating some problems.
I would like to know if there is a different way to have
different formating page(Margin etc...) on the same
template without using section break?
That would resolve are problems!

You can apply any formatting available via the paragraph settings -- right
and left indents, for example -- but the page format settings (margins in
particular) and headers/footers are specific to the sections they are
applied to; and hence have to be applied with section breaks.
