Secure logon to single database

Welcome to my living HELL!! ive been trying to figure that
one out for weeks and im losing my mind. read the post
(posted 1/07/03) "security over a network", a guy called
Rick replied and hopefully he will be able to
help.

No kidding, it's a nightmare!!! I have it working if you
create a shortcut to the database but not if you open it
directly. I'll check out that post and let you know if I
discover anything else.

If you can open the file without using the proper MDW then you did not apply
security properly. Get the Security FAQ from Microsoft's web site and study it.
There are numerous things that can be missed to result in an improperly secured
file. From what I have read, the wizards virtually never produce a properly
secured app.
