Secure PPT distribution

I'd like to be able to send a PowerPoint presentation to my customer with
some restrictions on use. Here are the requirements:
1. Modifying the presentation is not allowed
2. Copying complete uneditable slides to another presentation is allowed
3. Copying text to the clipboard is allowed

The customer wants to be able to use pieces of my PowerPoint report in his
own presentation. But, I don't want my report to be butchered.

Ideas? I am currently running PowerPoint 2000, and will upgrade or use an
add-in if necessary.

There is no security level or add-in that I know of that is currently
available that will enable all 3 of these functions.
1 is doable, 1 & 2 are doable, 3 is doable, but not 1 & 2 & 3.
