Securing Outlook?

Hi,

Is it possible secure Outlook? I know that you can set the password for
getting and sending email but how can I stop someone from reading my
messages. Guess I want to setup Outlook so that you need to enter a
password to use it at all. Is that possible?

Assuming you are a POP3/IMAP user, you can password protect the PST file.
Just take great care to never lose that password since Microsoft doesn't
have any tools to reset/recover a lost password.

To set a password on a PST file, right click on Personal Folders and select
properties > advanced button > change password
