Security 200ofile coverted to 2003

I have converted an Access 2000 file to Access 2003. On opening in 03 I get
a warning "SECURITY WARNING File may not be safe......." followed by
buttons Cancel Open MoreInfo. Clicking Open opens the file but I want to
eliminate this warning as a distraction to other users. How??
