Assuming you are referring to MS Access security, then you need to get a
copy of the Security FAQ, read it several times, and follow it to the
letter.

Are you talking about Microsoft Access User-Level Security? This newsgroup
is for questions about securing Microsoft Access databases.

If that is your question, please explain in more detail. Most people DO
secure the items by group, not individual user.
